By working collaboratively with clients and engineering partners, we help businesses improve efficiency, reduce energy costs, and achieve lasting success.

Joseph Taylor

Joseph is a seasoned executive manager with thirty years of leadership in the dairy industry. He also has a subsequent decade of experience developing and executing innovative energy projects in the broader food manufacturing industry. As the President and CEO of Innovation Energy Group, he manages large engagements for energy procurement, energy conservation, and sustainability for clients in North America. Joseph holds a BA in Political Science and Accounting from Westminster College, and a Food Science Certificate from Pennsylvania State University. He has driven significant cost savings for his clients through innovative strategies and creative solutions. In addition to his professional expertise, he is passionate about mentoring energy buyers and operations management, and often shares his insights at colleges and industry workshops. When he's not engaged with clients, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and leading the Westminster Alumni Association in raising money to fund scholarships that provide financial assistance for high school students entering college.
