  • Do we have to execute a contract?

No, a contract is not required for our services.
  • Are there any additional fees?

No additional fees are charged. All costs are incorporated into the prices of our services and products.
  • Do you offer free estimates?

We provide complimentary energy audits. However, clients are responsible for covering any associated travel and accommodation expenses.
  • How are your services priced?

Consulting services are priced hourly, and procurement solutions are based on an upcharge on the commodity, typically based on the process's complexity and the contract volume.

  • Do you provide Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions cataloguing?

Yes. As part of a comprehensive sustainability plan, we organize your current emissions and apply available solutions to achieve the desired end results.

  • Do you require a long-term contract?

Our contract is as long as the energy contract for procurement engagements, and we service all billing and pricing problems during the term. For consulting engagements, our contracts can be paid as you go or on a term basis to minimize cash flow.

  • Can you assist any facility in energy procurement?

Yes. Currently, 14 states are deregulated for electricity, 46 states are deregulated for natural gas, and all 50 states are deregulated for diesel fuel and propane. Canada and Mexico have more complex regulations based on the location of the manufacturing facility.

  • Do you provide hedging advice?

Yes. We watch the energy markets daily and publish a weekly Market Intelligence report. We consider hedging compared to historical pricing and build positions when it is wise. However, in a backward market, contract futures pricing is not always valuable.
